* Provide products or services information, attend to customers' enquiries and complaints,
through telephone, online chat and e-mail.
* Ensure appropriate booking changes to resolve the customer's problem.
* Keep the customers interaction or transaction's records, including details of inquiries,
complaints or comments, and actions taken.
* Liaise with attractions/service operators
* Review policy terms to determine whether to handle compliance.
* Strengthen and improve the current process.
* To ensure service is satisfactory to customers.
* Follow the company's processes and procedures.

【給与】MYR7,000 ~ MYR9,000
+Performance Bonus : Up to 4 months (Subject to the individual performance)
+Night shift allowances : RM500 per month (10 pm - 7 am only)
+Transportation allowance : Grab/ Uber/ Mycar - 100% (only am or after 11 pm onwards)
